CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIRED IN DUBAI
Ensure the reception of insured persons calling the switchboard;
Inform, guide and advise our policyholders in order to provide excellent and customer-focused service;
Process requests and questions received by email;
Contribute to the development of the service through operational and organizational improvement actions;
Assist in the development and proper application of rules and procedures.
Your Profile
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent by experience;
Excellent oral and writing skills required in ENGLISH
Fluency in English will be considered an asset
