We are hiring for Customer Service/Call Center Agent
Responsibilities:
Responsible in communication with customers (one to one meetings , emails and phone calls)
Giving information and helping to solve customer problems
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Liaising with third parties for logistics and operational arrangements.
Document control, record keeping and daily reports.
Visiting required venues/ locations relate to operations requirements within Dubai and Sharjah when and whenever needed.
