• Call back monitoring report needs to be completed by end of day before forwarding it to the management for review and root cause analysis
• Responsible for overall program performance and achievement of objectives
• Responsible for verifying the site program is performing key business processes that are critical to delivering the products and services that meet the expectations of end users and clients
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
