Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Cafe & Operation Manager located in Dubai for different cafe locations . The Cafe & Operation Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafes by visiting them on daily basis , including managing staff, overseeing the Shisha Services and requirement ,ensuring Mangement satisfaction, increasing the daily sales for the Shisha ,handling a monthly target to be achieved , managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and enforcing safety regulations.
Qualifications
Customer service and communication skills
Experience in Shisha and Shisha management
Sales skills and experience in meeting sales targets and managing budgets
Ability to manage and supervise staff and maintain a positive work environment
Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations for Shsiha service establishments
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
Experience in the shisha/hookah industry
UAE licenses & Car is mandatory for this Job
Basic Salary will be between 2500 to 3000 AED + High Commission
