BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI
We are looking for Business Development Manager with Joinery, Interior Fit-Out and Interior design background.
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
*Responsible for Marketing and Establishing the company profile to attract new clients.-Target based role.
*Must be active and able to reach monthly set targets without fail.
* Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
*Identifying and selling commercial interiors and design solutions to existing and new clients as well as working as a key account manager to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
*Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through closing the deal.
*Communicate clearly and work with team to develop proposals and requirements of the client.
*Having a good track records and good relation with contractors, clients & consultants.
Skills
. A valid UAE Driving License is a must
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
. Technical awareness of interior products/fit out works.
. Candidates must be energetic, ambitious and hardworking- Proven record in Fit Out sales and minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
. Knowledge of Arabic would be a bonus.
