BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for the following position to join our office in JLT, Dubai on an immediate basis:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to sell our services (Web Design and Development, SEO, SEM, SMM, etc.)
• Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific services.
• Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with leading companies in the region
• Analysis of Client requirements, specification, obtaining suitable solutions and outlining commercial implication and cost analysis.
• Submitting quotations against RFP’s received from the client and carrying on the negotiation process till the signing off the contract.
• Set aggressive targets and devise concrete plans to achieve them.
• High level interaction with the client during the project life cycle to enhance delivery for repeat and new business.
• Handling the development process and coordination between clients and development team
• Introduce new and innovative programs and other strategies to secure business.
• Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge of all things digital.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDBA in Marketing / International sales from reputed institute.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients.
• Should have experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
• Experienced in website development and content management systems sales.
• Digital marketing knowledge preferred: SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, App Development, E-commerce services.
• Having good communication, proven presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable interacting with other departments.
• Experience with web-based software applications.
• Web development related certifications highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum 2 years
