BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIRE IN DUBAI
Candidate should have experience in a large Facilities management company. Responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide facility management services. Responsible for arranging client meetings, visiting suppliers & consultants and generally opening the door for the company technical teams to develop proposals for work as well as attending industry functions, organizing marketing events. New business development, and managing existing accounts, contracts and renewals.
** Candidate with UAE driving license and Arabic speaking will only be considered for this role.
Job Profile:
• Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the FM / Real Estate industry
• Generate project/business opportunities through customer contact to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies.
• Drive the sales process from inquiry coordination through “Closing the Deal”
• Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company’s Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals
• Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
• Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format
• Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
• Adapt to new tendencies and cash in opportunities in the market
• Liaise internally with other departments such as Commercial, Operation, Finance, Human Resources
• Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues
• Assess the targeted quality of business coming in; refocusing efforts if off track.
• Provide detailed reporting and progress updates on Sales opportunities, targeted clients and Business development planning and strategy
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Involved in both strategic planning & day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises. Likely areas of responsibility include soft & hard services
• Sales Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Job costing, tenders, pricing and commercial documentation.
• Identifying suppliers, contractors and subcontractors able to perform full or partial scope for the new mentioned opportunities.
