Job Role:
Responsible for all on-site by conducting viewings of vacant space, selling the space, explaining the letting terms, and maximizing other added valued service
Shows around Business Center offices to prospective clients
Updates all online marketing campaigns, updating, and maintenance of database
Requirements:
Open to Indian nationals
Male/Female, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree or in any related field
At least 2 years of experience in the same role
Must be familiar with telecoms terminology, unique selling points (USPs), sales process and pricing and the ability to communicate this to potential customers
Excellent communication and presentation skills
