ADMINISTRATIVE RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED IN DUBAI
LOOKING FOR RUSSIAN SPEAKING/ EUROPEAN FEMALES ONLY FOR THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE RECEPTIONISTS
RESPONSIBILIEITES:
– Greeting all visitors
– Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
– Diary management and management of meeting rooms
– Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
– Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
– Receiving and dispatching deliveries
– Assisting with mail as required
– Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
– Assisting the HR team
– Maintain safe and clean reception and office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
– Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
– Maintain inventory of stationery and place orders accordingly
– Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Working hours:
Sunday to Thursday 9.30am to 6.30am
Friday OFF
Saturday 10.30 am to 3pm

Monthly Salary:4,000 – 5,999 AED
