Elite & Luxury Real Estate offers premium and business class residential and serviced apartments in new and off-plan projects located in Dubai’s prime areas. Every month we have more than 300 leads, and we are spending thousands of dirhams on advertising and marketing campaigns. As a result, each broker in the first months since joining has a minimum of 30-50 clients, and some of our brokers are closing 1-3 deals within the first 1-2 months.
We do not onboard people with no experience living in Dubai and no experience in the real estate, as it takes too much time to teach from zero, and we do not have time to explain everything from the very beginning. But we are ready to share our knowledge about our portfolio projects to the existing and practising brokers, arrange meetings with developers’ representatives, experts from other real estate related segments as part of our E&L Academy.
Our company has top clients, built relationships with leading bankers, a YouTube channel, working websites, and decent growing advertising budgets. The broker doesn’t have to search for clients or make cold calls, leave that to companies from 90ies, we provide leads to you.
Each Elite & Luxury broker will manage 30 to 70 clients, which is a reasonable workload, and clients will keep coming. Therefore we are looking for new experts specializing in the sales of quality real estate in Dubai to join the team.
The result of the broker’s work:
– A property sold to a client in a new building / off-plan in Dubai and relevant remuneration for the company’s deal.
Responsibilities:
– quick processing of incoming calls from clients as per company standards;
– selection of properties and making appointments for viewings or meetings with clients;
– coordination and supervision of the transaction until the payment by the client;
– making notes in the CRM-system of the company.
The job of a broker in E&L will suit you if:
– you have experience of living in Dubai and selling real estate in the quality segment and are proud of the results you have achieved;
– you are willing to work and learn from your mistakes;
– you are a good communicator, you find it easy to communicate with people, you are a good salesperson, you are not afraid of objections and know how to close deals;
– you are perceived as a pleasant and witty person, and you look neat;
– you can work productively on several tasks simultaneously, concentrate, have read the vacancy text carefully, and start the cover letter with the words: “Good choice!”.
Terms:
– salary from AED 10,000. We pay 30% – 50% for each closed deal without any delays on the day of receipt of money to the corporate account;
– flexible work schedule: two to three shifts a week in the office;
– we provide a daily volume of customer requests and a convenient CRM-system and a complete database of all objects.
Bonuses:
– the amount of maximum income is not limited – strong brokers can easily earn AED 50,000 – 200,000 per month;
– cosy offices in JLT and Media City;
– after every closed deal, a broker beats a gong and gets recognition and congratulations from every Team member. When the whole team fulfils the monthly sales plan, we go on holidays to warm countries: Cyprus, Turkey. The one who wins the “best broker” in the quarter receives super prizes from the company. Top 3 most productive brokers are invited to a cosy dinner with the founder every season;
