Lead Generation Specialist – JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation
• Can start immediately.
• A proven track record of strong client relationships.
• Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
• 3-5 years’ experience within the Wellness industry or similar services.
Responsibilities
• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce The Wellness solution and identify potential clients within the target industry.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through into sales.
• Work with the CEO to develop and grow the sales to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
• Prepare and analyze and review proposals.
